You must have completed a Physical and turned in your Sports Packet completely signed before you can tryout. Packets are available at the KCHS office or from KCHS coaches.

Summer: We offer the following opportunities to help prepare you for tryouts. They are not required.

Weights and Conditioning: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7pm at KCHS Weight Room and track

Volleyball: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7-8:30 at KCHS gym
Gym will be closed July 13-17 for cleaning

Summer Camp: July 20-24 9am to noon at KCHS gym. Cost $30 4th-10th grades. Forms available at KCHS office, Garden House and from Coach Hudson.
