Covid-19 update

With more and more confirmed cases in our County, our state and our nation, now more than ever, we need to heed the Stay at Home/Shelter in Place Orders​ to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

It is with this intent that the Monterey County Office of Education (MCOE), most of the school districts, and charter schools, in concurrence with the Monterey County Health Department, announce we do not anticipate schools returning earlier than Monday, May 4, 2020. ​

School Meal Access

Meals will be served from 8:30-11:30am Monday-Friday at Greenfield and King City High Schools, free of charge to all children 18 and under. Meals can be picked up at the snack bars in both locations which will help minimize contact. Meals will include both breakfast & lunch and are to be consumed off-site.

Free internet for 60 days from Spectrum

Charter will offer free Spectrum broadband and Wi-Fi access for 60 days to households with K-12 and/or college students who do not already have a Spectrum broadband subscription and at any service level up to 100 Mbps. To enroll call 1-844-488-8395. Installation fees will be waived for new student households.
